The purpose of the Electric Automoible Alliance website is to provide information about electric vehicles, especially pure electric automobiles, plug-in hybrid electric-biofuel automobiles (the biofuel can be in the form of Straight Vegetable Oil (SVO), biodiesel, ethanol from agricultural waste, gasohol (using alcohol derived form plant sources instead of petroleum), etc.) or at least plug-in hybrid electric-diesel/gasoline automobiles, and act as a non-political advocacy website for such vehicles! If you wish to make your voices heard to the general media and the automobile manufacturers via non-political means, then you have come to the right place! The collection of signatures for the online "pledge/petition" is completed. Your your demand/desire for rechargeable (battery or ultra capacitor) electric automobiles and plug-in hybrid electric-biofuel automobiles will be made known to the automakers and the general media. GOOD NEWS

Good news, as may have noticed, the major USA automakers have begun introducing hybrid electric vehicles and they developed hybrid diesel-electric hybrids (thus making a hybrid biodiesel-electric car possible)! Further the latest model of the Toyota Prius has an EV mode button which can be enabled for less than $25 worth of parts. See The California Cars Initative for more information. With the EV Mode enabled, the car be driven up to 34 mph (55 km/h) under certain conditions without the gasoline engine starting. EV enthusiasts are working on ways to improve this, including expanding the battery pack and making it possible to plug in the car to recharge it!

Renewable Electricity Solutions is willing to network/coordinate with existing EV businesses, non-profits, governent agencies, websites, and individuals in order to more effectively promote our common cause via an alliance.
